The milling to produce complex complex shapes or technical technical finishes on machined components.
At ARDEC industries, this skill is mobilized either as a main processor as a rework operation after turning, stamping or machining.
The Group relies on the capabilities of Microtec, DBJ and M2GNwhich have 3- to 5-axis CNC machining centers. This ensures precise, reproducible operations for small and medium-sized technical production runs.
An agile solution for complex machining operations
CNC milling centers
Our milling equipment enables us to produce a wide range of geometries: pockets, grooves, bores, inclined surfaces… all within the required tolerances and surface finishes. Machines are programmed according to customer drawings, with tools adapted to each operation.
Add-on or stand-alone operation
Milling is used at various stages of the manufacturing process: for complete machining of a part, for a finishing operation, or for the reworking of specific shapes on parts that have already been partially machined.
Limited series or recurrent production
This solution is ideally suited to prototyping requirements, small technical series or low-volume regular batches, where production flexibility is paramount.
Materials milled
Milling is particularly effective on materials easy-to-machine but our teams also know how to adapt tools and cutting parameters to the most demanding materials:
Milled parts for a variety of markets
Milling is used in many industrial sectors, often to meet specific needs foradjustmentmechanical mechanical function or complex complex finishes:
