Production capacity
Our sites combine complementary equipment to cover a wide range of parts, sizes and volumes:
- Bar turning Ø 0.3 to 65 mm (NC lathes, multispindles)
- Cold heading Ø 6 to 35 mm
- Turning up to 405 mm
- Milling / 5 axes up to 2600 × 1100 mm
Materials processed
We process a wide range of metals and technical materials: stainless steel, steel, aluminium, brass, copper, titanium, inconel, alumel-chromel, TZM, alacrite ainsi que des polymères techniques (PEEK, POM, PETP, PPSU).
Each material is mastered with tools, settings and cutting parameters adapted to its adapted to its specific constraints.

In addition to our machining resources, our sites are equipped to go even further down the value chain:
- Assembly workshops of mechanical sub-assemblies.
- Vision sorting for 100% inspection in very large series.
