A long history of automotive expertise
ARDEC industries is historically present in the automotive market with the production of components for :
- Thermal engines: pollution control parts, fittings, metal connectors, fasteners.
- Interior fittings: seat elements, screws, sockets.
- Vehicle structure and chassis: connecting or assembly components.
Large series are produced mainly at the APM, Le Décolletage Jurassien and Meca Forging sites.
Opening up to new forms of mobility
Aware of the changing face of mobility, we support our customers in their transition to :
- Electrical drives: structural components, mechanical insulators, supports, connectors.
- Hydrogen systems: fittings, safety parts, circuit elements, control components.
- Electrification of subsystems: metal inserts, connectors, fasteners.
These projects mobilize our expertise in precision machining, bar turning and cold heading, in stainless steel, steel, copper or aluminum, often in small or medium-sized production runs, with even more stringent requirements in terms of tolerances and quality testing.
We’re expanding our production capacity to keep pace with volume increases in these new technologies, particularly in bar turning and cold heading.
Trucks, agricultural equipment and public works
Our production can be adapted to medium or recurrent production runs, with excellent logistical responsiveness.
For industrial, utility, military and agricultural vehicles, we manufacture parts subject to high stresses:
- Suspension elements or chassis ;
- High-pressure fittings ;
