CDI - Full time - Based in Saint-Julien-sur-Suran.
Level required: BAC

Specialized in precision machining of parts for the pharmaceutical and aeronautical industries, our company Décolletage du Bas Jura in Val Suran (39320) is recruiting a CNC Technician on a permanent contract.

Your missions

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for :

  • - Assemble, adjust and ensure start-up of a series of parts
  • - Make minor program modifications as required in collaboration with the Technician or Cell Manager
  • - Participate in the development of simple new products and the improvement of production processes
  • - Intervene independently on simple problems
  • - Work with Quality to deal with non-conformities, participate in the analysis of causes and take the necessary steps to remedy the problem.
  • - Provide technical support for the team
  • - Perform periodic maintenance (oil management) and level 1 and 2 maintenance in conjunction with subcontractors

Know-how:

  • - Mechanical knowledge
  • - Mastery of blueprint reading
  • - Mastery of simple and complex control methods
  • - Simple and complex tool changes
  • - Mastery of tool correctors
  • - Dismantling a machine at the end of a production run
  • - Preparing simple and complex settings
  • - Development of a new simple part
