Job offer - Technicien régleur (M/F) - APM

CDI - Full time - Based in Champagnole.
Level required: BAC

Specialized in bar turning, our company APM in Champagnole (39300) is recruiting a Numerical Control Technician on a permanent contract. Our company has unique know-how in metal machining (steel, stainless steel, brass) to meet the requirements of the sectors in which we operate.

Your missions

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for :

  • Assemble, adjust and ensure start-up of a series of parts
  • Make minor program modifications as required in collaboration with the Technician or Cell Manager
  • Participate in the development of simple new products and the improvement of production processes
  • Intervene independently on problems
  • Work with Quality to deal with non-conformities, participate in the analysis of causes and take the necessary steps to remedy the problem.
  • Provide technical support for the team
  • Carry out periodic maintenance (oil management) and level 1 and 2 maintenance in conjunction with subcontractors

Know-how:

  • Mechanical knowledge
  • Mastery of blueprint reading
  • Mastery of simple and complex control methods
  • Simple and complex tool changes
  • Mastery of tool correctors
  • Dismantling a machine at the end of a production run
  • Preparing simple and complex settings
  • Development of a new part
